I packed up the kids this past weekend and headed out to the Dallas Sci-Fi Expo in Richardson, TX. We had a really good time. Of interest to readers of this site - we got to meet Deep Roy, who played the White Queen's dwarf assistant in
The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. He also played the Oompa Loompa in Tim Burton's
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. He also signed my wife's book. I asked him if he had read the novels prior to doing the
Narnia movie and sadly, he said he has never read them.
