Joe Schreiber Takes On A Supernatural Cause

Author Joe Schreiber, who most would be familiar with through his Star Wars horror-themed book Death Troopers, has written a novel based on the Supernatural TV series. The book, which is entitled "The Unholy Cause", takes place during this past season and takes the Winchester boys down to Georgia for a little work. The story is also "based in the world of Civil War re-enactors and history buffs." Dread Central had a chance to interview the author about the book and after the jump, you can check out a bit of the interview and hit a link to see the rest of the article. He also talks a bit about some of his other projects, which includes a new Star Wars horror book.

Supernatural - Episode 21 Sneak Peek

One of my guilty pleasures for the past few years has been the CW's Supernatural. it started out being just a story of two brothers trying to find the demon that killed their mother and turned into a full-blown battle to try and stop the Apocalypse and Lucifer from taking over the world. I admit that I'm a bit behind on my DVR'ed episodes of the show, but thought it would be cool to start doing updates on the show here. It is an interesting take on the spiritual realm and the activities of angels and demons. I'm not going to sit here and tell you that it is absolutely Biblically-based, but it does cause a lot of people to think about the spiritual realm around us. After the jump is a video clip sneak peek for this Thursday's upcoming episode that features guest star Mark Sheppard (who was a lawyer in Battlestar Galactica) and an incredibly nice guy. I met him at a Sci-Fi Expo in Dallas a couple of years back. He plays a character named Crowley on Supernatural.
